I am pleasantly surprised by the fast service I have received in the last week from Oneplan
I am pleasantly surprised by the fast service I have received in the last week from Oneplan. I was refunded within minutes for tick and flea treatment for our animals. Today I requested my Oneplan card to be pre-loaded for a vaccination. This was done within 20 minutes of my request. Thank you to service agent Sibusiso for your 5 star service.
