I am new to this One Plan Insurance Medical Aid, needed to be assisted on few things for my understanding, got a good service on WhatsApp and after being directed to the relevant department /section i got excellent experience with Rutendo Adelaide exceeding my expectations in explaining and clarification of their services, with upfront guidance. Keep up the standard Oneplan first impressions last longer.
