I am a very happy Oneplan customer
I am a very happy Oneplan customer. My furr baby, Cooper the dachshund, is covered on the Oneplan pet cover. I have had so many questions during the past few weeks about the cover and claims etc. and not once have I been assisted in an unprofessional way, nor have I ever had trouble with claims. Oneplans customer service is outstanding. This morning I have been assisted by Anele Mhlongo and Mapaseka Dinake in the most friendly and positive way. I would like to thank Oneplan for their great customer service and in return for their service I would recommend them as far as I go. Definiteley worth a 5 star rating!
