I always find the chat support with OnePlan very helpful - if I need to know anything about how to claim, when to claim, loading funds, etc. Khutso Seduma just helped me understand how to claim for a specialist visit, how referrals work and when to claim and validity periods, etc - provided thorough but succinct answers, and was patient with my multiple queries.
