Dear Dhezel,

Thank you for taking the time to bring this to our attention.

We are sorry to hear of the circumstances under which your Hellopeter posting has reached us and we do apologize for any inconvenience caused. We do take customer feedback seriously to improve our service and process to ensure that we meet our client’s expectations.

We have reviewed your complaint and have attempted to contact you numerous times to discuss the matter at hand, however, the call rings until it goes to voicemail. We have noted that the inception date of the policy has been changed to the 2025/11/01 as requested.

Kindly note that requests to debit are usually submitted to your bank 2-3 days before your selected debit date, so by the time you requested the change, our system had already created and submitted a request for the debit to be processed. At the moment, the status of the debit reflects as "sent" on our end. It takes between 4-5 working days for the status of the debit to update as either a successful collection or rejected. We will keep track of the transaction and advise further once the status of the debit has updated on our end.

Once again, we sincerely apologize for the experience you've had and hope this provides clarity on the matter.

Kind regards,
Oneplan.
