How 1 person can make that change

I took out a policy for my mother with oneplan at first i was very unhappy at first i had a double deduction that went off when i called in i was given explanations that sent my brain spinning in circles telling me about an upfront payment and that upset me because on the day i completed all the documents i clearly asked the consultant if the card fee was the only extra payment and then after that monthly installments and i was re-assured that it was the only extra payment then when i called in about the deductions the gentleman on the phone gave me more than 1 explanation that im sure him himself never understood so as a result i reversed the payment...i called in numerous times and i never received any joy from the consultants until i delt with a very helpful gentleman named Veenash since October he was the first person i spoke to at Oneplan that restored my faith in them he was very helpful and explained from A to Z exactly what happened and why the policy has lapsed the policy has since been cancelled my mother is now 65 unfortunately she cannot re-join but again he has given me a glimmer of hope that she might be able to re-join..

so thank you Veenash may you continue to prosper in the workplace, your willingness to help is really a good trait to have so keep it up! i myself work in the customer service environment dealing with health care so when i received such good service i make it my duty to make it known.. i hope that your manager and Team Leader acknowledges this email and that you be rewarded for your hard work, the company is lucky to have you because this review could've been much worse but thanks to you it turned out to be 5 starz...
