Hospital Authorization.
I needed to be admitted to casualties 3 weeks ago, about 22.00 I phoned One Plan and was lucky enough to speak to DENZEL GOVENDER, what an absolutely wonderful, professional and caring person. Now 3 weeks later I need to be admitted in hospital and again I was fortunate enough to receive a call from Denzel with the authorization no: He is wonderful, within minutes my admission was approved.
