Horrible service, rude emails
I'm highly disappointed with the overall service delivery by one plan. They requests for proof of claim come across as rude and pushy, they don't return call requests. Now they are treating me almost like a cheat and ******** over the fact that no eye readings were supp**** on my optometry statement! I've been a client for over 10 years, and this is just not on! it does not make me feel looked after. time for a change!
