HORRIBLE PAYOUT TIME

Good day <br> <br> My partner was in a accident on the 27th October and had to be admitted to casualty for x-ray and doctor consultation. I was advised to pay out of my own pocket as One plan has no agreement in place with the hospital and will be refunded. After waiting for over a month they have paid a quarter of my refund and have countless excuses as to why my full refund has not been paid. Technical error, we don't have invoices, it will be paid but isn't etc. Countless empty promises and Customer Care and Universal Department have different stories. Your Managers do not take calls and avoid a person. This is why I we took one plan for emergency medical accidents and yet its so stressful to deal with! Not honest and unreliable this is One Plan! <br> <br>
