Horrible horrible service
If you want to see the worst app on the South African app stores it’s hands down OnePlan. Nevermind that trying to actually claim? The most painful process and then they send money to their OnePlan card and you stand at the vet trying to pay and you look like an idiot because it never works. You then try to get them to refund you - even more impossible. Worst insurer in Africa hands down.
