Horrible
My policy with oneplan was cancelled then reinstated without my knowledge or any form of communication and today they debited money R3000+ (EDO) which I can't reverse and they refuse to give me answers regarding this matter when I call. They promised to contact me but they failed to do that. I'm disappointed, angry and hurt!
