Horrible and terrible ****s, DON'T FALL FOR IT!!!!

I agreed to a pet insurance, when I requested immediate cover I was told that the customer service department would help with that. They then told me they can't start immediate cover as the debit is Already set to go off on the 01st,i them said I don't mind paying an immediate pro rata which they said they will get back to me with. I have all the chats to prove this, 7 says later NO FEEDBACK!!!! they refuse to call me to cancel my debit or policy, they say some one will call me to cancel and still nothing. They ask you to accept the debi check so you can't go back without them *****ing your money, they are all about a sale and not an ounce of concern for your fur babies. A bunch of devious *******!!!!

Dear Ronz,

Thank you for taking the time to bring this to our attention. We are sorry to hear about the way you feel as we will always have our clients and fur-babies best interests at heart.
Records on our system confirm that you signed up online for the Pet Hospital plan on the 11th of July 2024 with the inception date being the 01st of August 2024. Kindly note that when clients complete the application process online, an option is provided for the policy to start immediately or on any day in July, the policy would start from the date selected and a pro-rata fee would have been charged.

On the 16th of July, we received your request to change the inception date of your policy and this was escalated to the relevant department in order for this to be actioned. We were in contact with you on the 22nd of July informing you of the process and that there would be a pro-rata charge due to the change of the cover start date and this amount would be confirmed once the change has been finalized.
Kindly note that once we receive a cancellation request, our Cancellations Team will contact the policyholder within 5 business days to assist with the cancellation. It is important to note that there is a one calendar month notice period for all cancellation requests and this will be calculated from the date in which we received the initial cancellation email request.

We have acknowledged your query and we have escalated the matter to the relevant department. One of our consultants will be in contact with you to further discuss the matter at hand.

Once again, we apologize for any inconvenience caused and we hope to restore the experience.       Kind Regards,
Oneplan
