<p>I have been receiving nothing but ********** customer service from one plan. They drag their heels when you need something till you threaten to cancel the policy. Then they suddenly want to help you.. i have been struggling to cancel my policy for two weeks now . If a consultant isnt blatantly ignoring my emails another one thinks im not serious about cancelling the policy. I have gotten promises of the cancellation departments call twice this week still no call. Last night i sent 10 call me back requests i havent received a single call.</p> <p> </p> <p>Utterly disappointed in the amount of money i wasted on this lot. </p>
