High Five to Oneplan Sales Consultant
I had the pleasure of dealing with a Tembekile Mlombi while trying to make a decision re insurance for my 3yr old Yorkies. I was researching insurance for pets in general and a handful of the well know companies offering such insurance. A few of the consultants dealt with me very well but Tembekile in particular. I think she is backed by a good company BUT has she taken the training on board and UNDERSTOOD the game of selling. I was so very impressed. She is a natural. Did not pressurize me, understood my situation, was super patient and always so pleasant. I was very glad in the end to give her my business and do think she has a great future in client facing roles. Thank you Tembekile.
