Hi My name is Kabelo Mndaweni. I got great service at Oneplan pet insurance from the onset.. The lady who helped me with joining the Oneplan family was Patience Khwidzhwili and she was on point explaining everything and very patient, like her name. I also get great service from my Whatsapp friend, Beaudene Laing, who is a great help every time I need assistance. Oneplan insurance trains and equips their staff well. Keep up the good service and wish you the best
