Hero in Heartache
My cat died at home yesterday and this morning I took him to the vet for a cremation, I contacted OnePlan to let them know and see if I could be re-imbursed as a cremation of a Cat is R3000. I was assisted within moments by Reabetsoe Letsatsi who today was my hero. They helped with my claim and the change of policy in less than 30 minutes. thank you for being my hero in heartache.
