I cancelled my policy the same day I got the quote. The policy was only effective from the first of April 2015. I then received an sms stating that the last premium and cancellation fee would be deducted off my bank account. I called in to query this and Phaneshree put me to ease and explained that nothing would be debited as I cancelled my policy within the cooling off period.
