Helpful employees
Though I'm not extremely happy with our insurance going up by at least R100.00, excluding the yearly price increase.. I must say that their employees have always been very helpful when in need of assistance, be it by phone call or via the app chat.
Today (a Sunday), I was following up on a claim. Eugene was super helpful and responded very quickly.
