02 Jun 2025, 17:20Unfortunately when you give them a nice review to the person who helped you. Then when you get all the information they told jou and end up speaking to a other person this person keeps you hanging for 4 and half hours and also tells you your almost 4 week old baby is going to have a waiting period of 12 months and when you try to vind out why they stop talking because it's home time
