I just had a live chat with Jozelle about something I needed help with regarding my policy. You never know what kind of service and reception you will get even if you are a paying customer; little did I know I would be talking to a such a sweet and fun woman called Jozelle. She made me feel like we have known each other forever, better even friends. My help was on her finger tips, she is truly an asset to OnePlan.
