Hello, my cat is on the One Plan Primary Plan, and needed an emergency vet visit as she was acting weird. This would be my first time claiming so I wanted to make sure about a few things and how to go about claiming so that I don't get any surprises at the vet, I contacted One Plan on their Whatsapp line and was assisted by Patience who answered all my questions - she was super kind and helpful. Very easy process, very happy with the assistance I received.
