Hassle-free claims
I took out cover for my dog and cat in 2013 and have only ever had good experiences whenever I needed to claim. The consultants I've dealt with have been knowledgeable and have gone above and beyond to assist with my queries. Sadly, we've lost our cat recently and when OnePlan was informed, we were treated with so much empathy. It's little things like this that will make me recommend them to anyone looking for a similar product.
