HAPPY FURBABY CUSTOMER
I have been with OnePlan since June 2021 for my pets medical insurance and I am so unbelievably happy with this company. Not only have I experienced top service in never having to worry about payments for my pets vet visits but it also settles my mind knowing that I can look after my furbabies the right way (i.e. vet visits if necessary) because OnePlan looks after me. When my kitten suddenly and tragically passed away and I had to cancel his policy, OnePlan sent me a candle with a poem on and another printed poem with a hand written heart felt message on the back - this for me was totally unexpected and goes beyond what I consider as customer service. It shows how they truly care about their customers. I am very grateful to be a customer of this company. I then also received wonderful service from the agent Millicent Malandule in adding my new kittens to the existing plan, she was friendly and patient and kind. Great company and excellent service.

Losing someone we love is the hardest thing we'll ever face, and for most pet *****s, losing a pet is no different. Your fur-babies are lucky to have found a family as loving as yours.
