Happy Customer and Happy Pets
We have one pet on One Plan and when we decided to get insurance from our other dog, there were no choice who we are going to use. I still did a bit of homework and search the web, but what I've seen, I was still convince One Plan is the way to go.
I gave One Plan a call, which they took my details and said someone from the correct department will give me a call back. I was still on the one call, when my phone rang and it was Gershwin Lewis ready to assist me.
He was extremely helpful with lots of advice and guidance in what to choose for Max. I ended up adding two dogs instead of only the one.
