Happy Client

My baby Pookie (she’s a Morkie) was attacked by 2 dogs, a Rottweiler and Labrador, she was badly injured and needed to be taken to the vet. She had to get surgery and all. It was such a terrible time for me and on top of it all, medical costs are not cheap. Because I had recently got the cover I was worried I might not qualify but Oneplan put my anxiety at ease. The claiming process was easy and turnaround time was quick. I was assisted by Reabetsoe Letsatsi who proactively communicated throughout the process and even sent her well wishes to my dog.
