Good afternoon.
I have had the best experience with one of your staff members this week.Ashleigh Leibrandt. I would like to commend her on how efficient and pro-active she was with regards to assisting me with one of my claims when no one else was helping me and I was being ignored.
She has assisted me with more than just getting one of my claims done but has gone the extra mile for me.
I am extremely happy with her service.
