Happy chappy
Hello One Plan I've been with you guys for 5 year's and have had a good response from you from the beginning. 2 week's ago I needed to get hospital authorisation and I have to say it's taken longer than I expected it to. Fortunately it was not an emergency. I would like to thank Tafo for contacting me today with the go ahead and his well wishes. One plan has grown since my day of joining when you would get instant response either on their chat or WhatsApp compared to now where there's always a cooling off period before you get a positive response. Other than that compared to other medical insurance and medical aid I would still recommend them for what you get and what you pay . It just takes getting used to their system . Thank you One Plan
