Handed of to debt collectors without communication for 7 months.

Do not trust one plan at all.

I claimed from one plan when I qent to the doctor last year and they ended up rejecting the claim even though I provided them with the imvoice from the doctor's office. So I cancelled my policy with one plan last year on the 29th of September 2017 and was advised by the agent that ALL outstanding money will be debited including their ridiculous cancellation fee, which was done successfully.

So today I received multiple calls, emails and smses from a debt collection agency stating that I have been handed over for an outstanding amount of R290. So seeing as your call center staff are purely unable to answer this question. 1: if the amount is outstanding why was it not deducted as stated. 2: Why since then especially cancellation has NO communication been sent out stating that there is an amount outstanding and now 7 months later hand it over to debt collectors?

One plan is a bunch of theives plane and simple.
