Had excellent customer service from Krystal Munsami. However, the App interface needs work. It doesn't recognize that people generally don't visit a vet regularly and should incorporate step-by-step instructions on what to do and the order that different parts of the app should be engaged with. At the moment there seems to be an expectation that someone needing to take their pet to the vet for the first time in a year will find and consult the policy documentation before engaging with the App, which is, in any case not intuitively structured.

As a guideline to load funds for a day-to-day claim on the Oneplan App, please follow these steps: 1. Login with policy number and password
2. Select the plan
3. Select my claims
4. Select new claim
5. Select applicable claim benefit (Casualty visit or Pet Med Savings)
6. Select the date (at least 48 hours before)
7. Select the insured that is claiming
8. Select the process claim button
9. If approved funds will be sent to the Onecard in 60 seconds.
10. You can withdraw/swipe the Onecard to make payment.
11. Upload photo of the valid/detailed invoice
