Had a problem with One Plan Insurance
Had a problem with One Plan Insurance. They could not process my 2 medical claims. Then I phoned and spoke to Thato Lenyanyabedi. He was very helpful and sorted out my problem immediately. The following day my 2 medical claims were reimbursed to me. Thank you to Thato for seeing what the problem was and for being very smart and clever. Thato is indeed an asset to One Plan 😁👏🏻👍🏼
