Gremlins were at play again and whilst One Plan so efficiently and almost immediately transferred the required funds into my account (took literally seconds) , there was a very minor issue with uploading my receipt and the system was reflecting incorrect amount, however I knew not to panic as One Plan is efficient in all departments not just their claim and an extremely capable and even more efficient consultant name Julian David ensured that everything was sorted and back on track within minutes... Seriously can every other business, service provider and customer service department take a leaf or even multiple leaves out of One Plans book. With this kind of care and top notch service I can only imagine how glorious everything in our country could be if only ran this way. Thank you One Plan for yet another totally positive experience and making us clients know that we are truly valued
