Greetings. I would like to pass my gratitude on the services provided by one of the Oneplan staff members named Tshegofatso. I needed clarity on a few things and he was kind enough to call me and explain them to me like I'm a 2 year old. I now fully understand terms of the policy but also, if I go through the terms and find something else that I don't understand, I'm not worried at all beacause he assured me that they're just a click away and I definitely will get help if I happen to do need it. Thank you Tshhegofatso for making my day better, after days of trying to get help through mailing oneplan and not getting assistance.
