Great service still exist in this world

Very impressed with Njabulo Dlamini and the excellent service received.After waiting for more than a month for a card and was told my address could not be allocated , this gentlemen on requesting my Health Insurance be cancelled he then very professionally said he can follow up on where the card is and will call me back later that day which he did .He then said he can have my card delivered by Friday,very surprised I received my card on Thursday and very impressed and he followed up with me every step of the way.Until I confirmed that card was received.All of this happened within 3days .I am deeply grateful and looking forward to a prosperous relationship with One Plan Health Insurance.Thank you for the great service Njabulo Dlamini.
