Great service received from Oneplan Pet Insurance.

I have had six dogs over a period of about 13 years and six dogs before that. Each fur baby was insured for veterinary services received at Bakenkop Animal Clinic. I have unfortunately lost five of my dogs due to illness over a period of five years. I now have only one fur baby, Paige left. Over the years we have spent a lot of time with our fur babies at Bakenkop Animal Clinic giving them the best veterinary care possible. This included routine visits, casualty situations and chronic conditions and finally euthanasia when indicated. We usually paid upfront at the vet after each treatment and then submitted the claim via e-mail to Oneplan. Not once did we experience any problems with Oneplan who always refunded our payments accordingly and paid the amount into their One Cards. I recently lost both Zara (on 11 December 2025) and Megg (on 8 February 2026) due to cancer. I was competently assisted by Reabetsoe Letsatsi (Claims Consultant) who showed kindness and empathy in handling and finalizing my claims. I would definitely recommend Oneplan for pet insurance.
