Great Service Received

After being on-hold for what seemed like forever and being upset over a claim that was rejected still no adequate reasons given, I was ready to lose it. Mr. Kgomotso Kgosana took my call. As much as he took control of the situation, not once did he make me feel stupid even though we had to go through the info more than once. Thank you OnePlan and especially t you Kgomotso for your patience and for turning a potentially disastrous situation into a pleasant experience.
