Great service - OnePlan and Johan Geldenhuys.

I joined Oneplan Insurance about 3 years ago. I curently have both my dogs covered as part of the Pet medical insurance. I was considering moving to another pet insurer as I didnt feel that Oneplan was the correct insurer for me or my boys. Recently, however, I had to take my labrador, Max, to the vet for surgery. I completed the pre-authorisation process, and I was helped by a consultant, Johan Geldenhuys. Johan was in constant contact with me and in the end assisted in getting the claim settled with minimal admin required. My sceptism about Oneplan has been removed and I hope that all other claims advisors at Oneplan have the same demeanour as Johan. Great service. Thank you Johan for all your help and consideration.
