Great service offered when applying.
Great service offered by Menzi Radebe. He was very patient and I think the quotation process is quite smooth. Haven't used their app but by the sound of it, they are doing well in using technology for self service. They allow you to adjust your premium on a monthly basis (12 times annually) which I think is pretty cool.
