Great Service Management!
I spoke to Zizipho Radebe last week about pet insurance for our 3 dogs. I must say I'm pleasantly surprised at how professional and friendly Zizipho is. She is impressionable and relatable as well, which made my experience a good one. She has a keen understanding in the execution of customer service! Her management of after sales queries has also been impressive. Well done Zizipho! Customer experts like you are not easy to come by.
