Great service from Jenelle
I was looking to move pet insurers and read about about one pet.
I had a fantastic lady Jenelle who assisted me, she was professional and knowledgeable about the product and the offering. I have obviously not had a claim yet so I cannot comment on that but I have been impressed by the sales team - specifically Janelle.
