Great service from Janelle when taking out pet insurance from Oneplan

I sent a message enquiring about pet insurance for our first family dog. Janelle Elias phoned me back and was friendly, helpful and answered all my questions. She sent me information last week and I asked her to phone me back today, after our dog arrived on the weekend. She phoned on time and went through everything and was patient and helpful. Thank you for all your great help and advice.
