I would like to thank Mereshnie for her GREAT SERVICE. What a pleasure to deal with. She assisted me from the beginning and always kept me in the loop. That is what you call going beyond your job title. Please kindly train the rest of the staff to be like you, that way it would be a great experience for everyone.
