Great service and staff

I joined One Plan Health Insurance in 2011 and have not had 1 problem with them. Their service has always been prompt and the staff have been pleasant in every regard. I have not had any big operations during my time with One Plan but have had a small operation in-hospital and One Plan covered all the costs. The day to day benefits have also been perfect for me and I am happy with the Executive Plan that i am on.

Mapaseko on the chat line on the App is great and have answered any questions patiently and within minutes. Keep up the good work Mapaseko. Today i dealt with Tumelo who was also great. He answered my email within minutes and sorted out my authorisation promptly. Excellent service, well done!
