Great service and cover!

I am extremely pleased with this insurance plan I have for my dog, Nova.

I have had no issues and I find it very convenient to be able to do anything I need on my App. You never need to contact them for information. All I do is request a call on the app and an agent phones back almost immediately, even on public holidays and weekends.

Recently Cynthia Kekana assisted me, and what great service! I was even phoned back after the conversation, and she informed me of more information she thought I needed that I did not even think about, yet needed to know. She is absolutely amazing.
