GREAT SERVICE

I would like to give a very BIG SHOUT OUT to RAZIA YOUSUF of Oneplan. After loosing our fur baby in 2023, I never saw us getting another one. An offer came from a friend that she wants to separate her 2 dogs and I must help her get a loving home for the other dog and after talking to my daughters we said we will be that loving home. I wanted to make sure it gets pet insurance and I received a call from Oneplan and it was this bubbly lady called RAZIA YOUSUF. After explaining to her how I was feeling as I had flashbacks of my deceased fur baby who was insured with them, she encouraged me to not loose heart. She walked me through the whole application while I was on the phone and it helped a lot because hadn't she done that, I was not going to have the courage to complete the form by myself.
