Great service
Nathanuel Phillips assisted me. He read everything in the policy/contract to me and if I did not understand something, I stopped him and then he explained it to me very calmly. I had 2 policies a month ago. Our oldest fur baby passed away in October 2021 so I requested via whatsapp for them to cancel his policy, but keep my puppy's policy. I phoned One Plan to hear how much my instalment is for the end of Nov. 2021 because I did not get a sms reminding me tot pay then I was told that both policies are cancelled so I said "okay, leave it like that" then Nathanuel phoned me and appologise on behalf of the company because they made the mistake and I excepted his appology. He is an excellent salesman. I will recommend One Plan Pet Insurance to anyone.
