Just a follow up. Want to say a big thank you to Lerato for going above and beyond what was expected when I followed up about not receiving the relevant documents for one of the policies. He took the initiative to go to the customer care department to find out the reason for the delay & advised me accordingly. All now has been resolved. Great service.
