Great Service!
I called today in the morning to ask for funds to be loaded to my pet account, so we could take our cat to the vet later for a checkup after he got attacked by another cat. Mapula was so helpful and professional. She also explained a way of loading funds on the One Plan app yourself incase you can't call. Everything was hassle free, and so fast. The funds was loaded immediately. Awesome service!
