Great Service

<p>In a nutshell, I am with OnePlan since April 2011. The best service, via e-mail, I have received in a very long time were from Lilian Mohr from OnePlan. She is very professional and without a doubt, she knows what she’s talking about. We communicated in various e-mail conversations and not once she wrote "just some stuff" to get rid of the client so that she can log the case as “dealt with”. To me it felt if she wanted to help the client to the end and that the client must understand what is going on with the case and why certain decisions were made. Thank you Lilian!</p>
