Great insurance, great staff!
From obtaining quotes, to signing up we were very happy with Oneplan and it's helpful and friendly staff. We now had to make our first claim and are so impressed with Kim Street who dealt with the claim. She is so sympathetic and caring, very clear in her emails and quick to respond. It was a absolute pleasure dealing with Kim and we are grateful for how quickly and easily our claim was processed.
