Great Customer Service!- OnePlan Insurance (Christiaan De Swardt)
Christiaan De Swardt (Customer Care Consultant) provided me excellent service when i was cancelling a pet insurance, due to reasons not related to the insurance provider. I indicated to him that a true test of quality service is the attitude a business gives you when you decline/suspend the service. This gent should be training others in customer service or be promoted! well done
